Practical knowledge for people building something real.
Exviona was built in 2025 around a single observation: most startup education teaches theory. We teach decisions — the kind you actually face when there is no clear answer and time is short.
Curriculum Standard
Exviona Startup Curriculum
Every module is reviewed against real founder feedback. Content is updated when the market shifts, not on a fixed calendar schedule.
Countries represented in our current cohort of active learners
Distinct strategy modules covering validation, pricing, hiring, and growth
Average time to complete the full startup strategy track at your own pace
What we are actually doing here
Exviona is an online platform for startup masterclasses taught by people who have built, failed, and rebuilt. The instructors are not academics — they are operators who have navigated the specific problems covered in each module. The goal is not inspiration. It is a clearer picture of what to do next.
The curriculum focuses on how to create a strategy that works under real constraints — limited budget, incomplete information, and a team that is still figuring things out. Each lesson is built around a decision, not a concept. You leave knowing what you would do, not just what the theory recommends.
The approach behind the curriculum
Start with the actual problem
Each module opens with a real scenario — a founder stuck on pricing, a team that cannot agree on who the customer is, a product that works but does not sell. The lesson builds from there, not from a textbook chapter.
Work through the decision, not the definition
Rather than defining what a go-to-market strategy is, the module walks through how to build one with three potential customers, no budget, and a six-week window. Specificity is the point.
Leave with something usable
Every lesson ends with a template, a checklist, or a framework sized for an early-stage team. Not a slide deck. Something you can open on Monday and actually use.
